Victor Portugal began his career as a tattoo artist in 1998. Uruguay-born, Victor opted to live in different countries: first Spain, then Poland. As he traveled the world, he extended his knowledge in black and gray shading styles. This experience lead him to his unique dark stuff biomech with surrealist accents.
With over 18 years of experience, Victor decided to share his knowledge with all tattoo artists through Radiant Colors Shading series®.
